How we work with our clients

• We spend significant time and energy to listen to and study the exact problems and requirements of each client. this will help finalise a 'Requirements Document' which will be used as a reference for all future discussions.
• After finalising the requirement on the software development we will provide the client with a proposal that includes the estimations of the workload, the cost and the time frame plus a development blue print.
• In order to establish a trust relationship we usually start from a pilot project to know each other better in both technical and commercial aspects.
• Led by the project manager the development team will start the software development according to the development plan and the approved schedule.
• Starting early in the coding phase, we will dedicate our efforts on testing to minimize the bugs in the code. However during the first few months of the software being used, we work closely with the client in order to identify and remove possible bugs.
• We keep smooth communications with our client during the development process. We submit our progress report periodically to the client by e-mail. This reports includes the work completed and the plan for the next period to come.
